Job summary

LJ Global Horizon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join their Porto team. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.

The role is based in Porto, Portugal, with on-site work and potential hybrid arrangements after a few months. Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2+), excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Good level of English (B2 or higher).

• EU passport or right to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch (C1+) and basic English.
