Eddy Grid is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the main contact for a portfolio of energy-focused clients. You will translate technical insights into actionable recommendations and help customers maximize the value of their energy assets.

With at least 2 years in a client-facing role, you build trust, spot growth opportunities, and communicate clearly in writing and speech. This hybrid role combines relationship management with strategic advisory for Eddy Grid and its partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role focusing on relationship management.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build trust.
• Clear, compelling communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ownership-driven with proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client portfolio and manage relationships.
• Guide customers to maximize value from energy assets.
• Spot growth opportunities and upsell.
• Convey Eddy Grid's story to clients and advisors.
• Translate insights into client narratives and feedback to internal teams.
• Proactively inform clients about market developments and asset performance.
• Contribute to client retention by managing expectations and resolving issues.
