Next Job Abroad is seeking enthusiastic, tech-savvy Dutch speakers to join the frontline customer experience team for Mercedes-Benz in sunny Greece, Athens. You will be the tech-savvy hero behind one of the world’s most iconic luxury automotive brands, delivering 24/7 support and premium service to drivers.

During training you’ll master two key skills and progress to a three-skill legend, with full paid training and relocation assistance to ease your move.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and solid English (B2).
• Tech-savvy with iOS/Android knowledge.
• Patience, positivity, and de-escalation skills.
• Typing speed around 25+ wpm with good accuracy.
• Full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with connected mobility and Mercedes me app features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside rescue support coordination.
• Handle VIP customer inquiries like appointments and warranties.
