Job summary

Next Job Abroad is sourcing Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a multinational automotive group in Greece. You will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling a wide range of enquiries and delivering an outstanding service.

No automotive experience is required as full training is provided. Relocation to Greece is supported, and you will work in a multicultural team with opportunities for career development and language learning.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication; customer-focused.
• Experience with CRM systems and problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a multicultural team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone and email from Dutch-speaking customers.
• Provide information about vehicles, products and services.
• Assist with order updates, vehicle enquiries and technical support.
• Help customers locate dealerships and navigate online services.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
