Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling a wide range of automotive-related inquiries and delivering outstanding service. You’ll join an international team in Greece and receive full training before you start.

Daily tasks include handling inquiries via phone and email, providing information on vehicles and services, and supporting customers with orders and technical questions while using CRM

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide information about vehicles, products and services.
• Assist with order updates, vehicle inquiries and technical support.
• Help customers locate dealerships and navigate online services.
• Investigate and resolve issues using internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with an international team to deliver excellent service.
