Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and solid English (B2) required.
• Tech-savvy with ability to explain mobile setup and use basic software.
• Calm, patient, and able to de-escalate high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Mercedes-Benz drivers with connected mobility and digital features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and premium customer service.
• Handle VIP inquiries and booking-related questions.
