Mercedes-Benz Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking agents to join the frontline customer experience team in Greece (Athens). You’ll guide drivers through the Mercedes me ecosystem, help with connected mobility, and coordinate roadside assistance 24/7.

Training starts soon; no prior experience? You’ll receive full paid training to reach a 3-skill expert level while working with an international, premium-brand team.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and solid English (B2) for customer support.
• Tech-savvy with mobile devices and apps; able to explain setup steps.
• Patient, calm under pressure, and able to de-escalate situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with Connected Mobility & Smart Tech features and app usage.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and handling emergencies.
• Deliver VIP-style customer service for premium drivers and bookings.
