Job summary

Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking customer experience agents to support Mercedes-Benz drivers in Greece (Athens). You will be the tech-savvy frontline ambassador helping clients stay connected and moving, with full paid training provided to get you up to speed.

Work is a 24/7 rotation with relocation support, flight assistance and accommodation help. You’ll join an international team and develop skills across connected mobility, roadside assistance and VIP customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B2) for support.
• Comfort with iOS/Android devices and setting up mobile hotspots.
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
• Typing speed 25+ wpm with good accuracy.
• Full paid training provided to get you up to speed.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with Connected Mobility & Smart Tech features.
• Provide 24/7 roadside support coordination and premium service.
• Handle VIP inquiries and book dealer appointments.
