Next Job Abroad is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, handling a wide range of automotive-related inquiries and delivering outstanding service. You’ll join an international team in Greece and receive full training before you start.

Daily tasks include handling inquiries via phone and email, providing information on vehicles and services, and supporting customers with orders and technical questions while using CRM

About The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with a wide range of automotive-related enquiries. Whether you’re providing information about vehicles, assisting with connected services or resolving customer concerns, you’ll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

No automotive experience? No problem. You’ll receive full training before you get started.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include

Requirements

What You Need

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and very good English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Confidence using computers and CRM systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Experience or an interest in the automotive industry is a plus

Important: To be eligible for this role you must already hold either an EU passport or a valid Greek work and residence permit. Unfortunately applications requiring visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
