Elasticsearch B.V. is seeking a Jnr Public Sector Account Exec to own a Dutch public sector territory, including municipalities, healthcare, education and research.

You will open doors, build champions and turn Search, Observability and Security use cases into new projects, with a focus on applying AI. You will generate pipeline via outbound, events, partners and public sector networks, initially building coverage from scratch while navigating Dutch procurement processes and tender frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5 years or less in B2B enterprise software sales with a proven new logo track record.
• Experience engaging government, healthcare or education buyers in the Netherlands.
• Experience selling technical solutions in search, observability, security, data, or cloud.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to write and sell in Dutch to Dutch-speaking buyers.
• Strong qualification habits and decision-making with procurement awareness.

Responsabilités

• Build and run a territory plan that prioritizes where to hunt first.
• Generate pipeline through outbound, events, partners and public sector networks.
• Run full-cycle deals with MEDDPICC discipline.
• Navigate Dutch public procurement: tenders and framework agreements.
• Expand existing customers, especially in universities and research.
• Forecast accurately and keep Salesforce clean.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, partners and Elastic specialists.
