Job summary

Trimble is seeking a renewal specialist who speaks Dutch to drive retention and revenue in our AECO-focused SaaS solutions. You will own renewal processes, engage with customers, and collaborate with Customer Success and sales to sign timely contracts.

Located in Bodegraven, NL, this on-site role requires a proactive approach, strong communication in Dutch and English, and mastery of Salesforce and Google Workspace to manage high-volume renewals and minimize churn.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven success within a SaaS organization.
• Strong understanding of software renewal processes, strategies, and concepts.
• Fluent Dutch and good English language skills (minimum B1 level).
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace platforms.
• High sense of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive renewal strategies to maximize retention and reduce churn.
• Manage a high volume of renewals in a dynamic SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders to ensure critical renewal contracts are signed on time.
• Communicate risks clearly to internal stakeholders and lead in developing resolution strategies.
