Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking fluent Dutch speakers to join a customer support team for Booking.com in Athens, Greece. This role provides an international work environment and includes full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

As part of your responsibilities, you will assist users with reservations and inquiries while ensuring a high level of service. A competitive salary of €1,500 gross per month is offered, along with paid training and hotel accommodation upon arrival.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English for training.
• Ability to navigate digital tools and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, payments, and booking modifications.
• Log interaction details accurately in the internal CRM systems.

Skills

Job description

We are looking for Dutch speakers to join our customer support team in Athens, representing Booking.com—one of the world's leading travel platforms. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.

Start Date: August 3, 2026

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site)

Schedule: 5 days a week, rotational shifts (Operating hours: 08:00 – 00:00)

Financial Package & Benefits

• Base Salary: €1,500 gross / month

Daily Tasks

• Providing customer support to Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat (in Dutch)
• Assisting with reservations, cancellations, payments, and booking modifications
• Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Logging interaction details accurately in the internal CRM systems
• Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets

Profile We Are Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
