TicketSwap is seeking a part-time Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero to assist fans from our Amsterdam office. You will answer questions via chat, email and phone, helping resolve issues with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset.

You'll fix sellers' mistakes, contribute to high satisfaction, and work with Intercom to keep conversations smooth. The role includes weekend shifts and a hybrid work option in Amsterdam.

Qualifikationen

• Native level Dutch and fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Some experience in an office or professional environment, ideally in customer support.
• Comfortable talking to customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Calm, clear, and friendly communicator, even in stressful situations.

Aufgaben

• Handle fan questions via chat, email, and phone with enthusiasm.
• Fix sellers' mistakes and find ways to avoid them in the future.
• Meet customer satisfaction and productivity goals to support company targets.
• Use Intercom to manage conversations and maintain smooth communication.
• Spot recurring issues and share insights with the CX team.
• Support during peak moments or holidays (e.g. King's Day).
