Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on claims handling experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Wft Basis and Wft Schade certification a plus.
• Customer-first mindset; you investigate and resolve.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Empathy and patience under pressure.
• Interest in AI tools and how they improve work.
• Willing to work in an office most days.

Responsabilités

• Own complex and sensitive claims outside automated handling.
• Handle claims end-to-end via email, phone, and app.
• Investigate and settle claims independently.
• Prioritize daily caseload to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Claims Advocates and Squad Leader.
• Identify recurring patterns to improve processes.
• Maintain Lemonade's tone in all customer interactions.
