Lemonade is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Dutch claims team, mentoring advocates, and driving an exceptional claims experience. You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure KPI targets are exceeded while serving as the main point of contact for Dutch claims inquiries.

The role requires strong Dutch and English, 3+ years in claims handling, and 5+ years in leadership within a startup environment. Ideally, you’ll join offices 1x weekly and grow with AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of claims-handling experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role growing, managing, and coaching a claims team.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and positive approach to your work.
• Ideally coming to the office 1x a week.
• Interest in learning and adapting to AI-driven workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations for our Dutch claims team.
• Train and coach the claims experience advocates on your team.
• Delight our customers with seamless claims while outperforming on our KPIs.
• Report on industry and company trends and other data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• You will be the main point of contact for all Dutch claims related enquiries.
