Lemonade is seeking a CLX Advocate in the Netherlands to guide our Dutch customers through stressful moments as policyholders. You will own the full claims journey from first report to resolution, with a hybrid work model requiring office presence once a week. The role emphasizes fast, fair, and empathetic interactions in an AI-driven environment.

Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, along with 3+ years of claims handling. Wft Basis/Schade is a plus.

• Min. 3+ years of hands-on claims-handling experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English – you'll be switching between both daily.
• Wft Basis and Wft Schade is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the complex and sensitive claims that fall outside automated handling – the ones where judgment, empathy, and experience actually matter
• Handle claims end to end across email, phone, and app for our customers – from first report to resolution
• Investigate and settle claims independently, keeping resolution times tight
• Organize and prioritize your daily caseload so nothing slips and no customer waits longer than they should
• Partner with Claims Advocates and your Squad Leader to flag edge cases and help shape how we handle them
• Spot patterns in recurring claim types and feed them back to the team to drive smarter processes
• Keep every customer interaction aligned with Lemonade's tone – especially when the conversation is hard
