Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of claims-handling experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role growing, managing, and coaching a claims team.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Desire to work in a unique, dynamic, and fast-paced startup environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and positive approach to your work.
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 2 days a week.
• Interest in AI and learning to grow alongside AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations for our Dutch claims team.
• Train and coach the claims experience advocates on your team.
• Delight our customers with seamless claims while outperforming on our KPIs.
• Report on industry and company trends and other data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• You will be the main point of contact for all Dutch claims related enquiries.
