Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent diploma in business management or related field.
• PhD/MBA is a significant benefit.
• Strong understanding of the dialysis market and provider business models.
• Experience in M&A, strategic partnerships, and JV transactions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance growth opportunities through M&A, JVs, and partnerships.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of M&A and JV opportunities; assess value and feasibility.
• Lead end-to-end execution of transactions from assessment to closing.
• Develop financial analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Coordinate due diligence across legal, tax, financial, and ops functions.
• Negotiate and structure transactions with involved parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support post-transaction integration and value realization.
• Prepare executive-level investment proposals and updates.
