EuroDev - European Business Development Group seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen the Healthcare team and drive growth across European markets. This hybrid role focuses on healthcare projects while contributing to Retail BD initiatives, coordinating with manufacturers to lead European market entry.

You will develop GTM strategies, lead end-to-end BD, conduct market research, and build strong distributor networks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, med-tech, or related field.
• 2–5 years of business development or sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally and valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus.
• Living within 45 minutes of Almelo, NL.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute European Go-To-Market strategies per client and market.
• Drive business development end-to-end: prospecting, negotiations, and deal closing.
• Lead multiple client projects simultaneously, managing expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, partners, and market positioning.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors and stakeholders.
• Represent clients at European trade shows and events.
• Travel within Europe ~30% to support business development and relationship building.
• Manage existing accounts while generating new business.
