ProPharma, a leading life sciences consulting partner, seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to fuel European growth across pharma, biotech, medical devices, diagnostics, and digital health. Qualifications

8+ years in business development or strategic partnerships in life sciences.
Proven track record selling consulting or advisory services to pharma/biotech/medical devices.
Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders across Europe.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Europe-wide BD plans to meet growth targets.
Identify and pursue consulting opportunities in pharma, biotech, medical devices, and digital health.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking and partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales, including proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Mentor BD colleagues and contribute to sales process improvements.
