Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in CROs, focusing on large-scale clinical programs.
• Proven success in growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic area dynamics.
• Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with portfolio-level planning, asset prioritization, and long-range forecasting.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to structure deals that balance client value with commercial viability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets across the pharmaceutical client base within IQVIA's offering suite.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Actively prospect and develop opportunities within potential new and existing accounts.
• Establish and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and understand customer organizations deeply.
• Network within the industry to identify opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
• Develop and monitor leads pipeline and sales progress with internal teams.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposals to develop compelling offers and close deals.
