Amgen Breda seeks a Digital Engagement Manager to connect audience needs with marketing strategy, data and technology. You will design and own the patient engagement platform across the Netherlands, working with patients, hospitals and health partners to deliver compliant, engaging journeys.

You will lead complex projects with external agencies and internal teams, applying Python, analytics and automation to drive measurable outcomes while ensuring privacy, security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in digital marketing, customer experience, Martech, or engagement platforms.
• Background combining technical or marketing technology with project management or product ownership.
• Hands-on Python capability and understanding of data, APIs, and platform integrations.
• Proven track record of managing complex digital projects from discovery to adoption.
• Experience with patients, patient organizations, hospitals, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to translate audience needs into clear marketing, experience and technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in Dutch healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
