Job summary

MSD Animal Health Nederland seeks a Digital Marketing & Data Specialist to strengthen our Data & Commercial Excellence Team in Boxmeer or Brussels. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity and accessibility across our CRM ecosystem, supporting omnichannel engagement and personalized customer experiences.

With 3+ years in CRM and BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI), you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital and IT to drive data-driven decisions, CRM governance and audience segmentation.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of data governance principles.
• At least 3 years of experience with CRM and BI tools (Salesforce and Power BI).
• Clear and effective communication in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats is an advantage.
• Commuting distance to Boxmeer (NL) or Brussels (BE).

Responsibilities

• Data Quality & CRM Support: maintain customer master data and governance.
• Monitor CRM data quality KPIs and clean datasets to improve completeness and accuracy.
• Support CRM users with guidance and issue resolution.
• Leverage data insights for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve CRM processes and omnichannel journeys.
• Support CRM enhancements and new customer engagement capabilities.
• Manage digital platforms like websites and Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys.
