Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Primary Care Engagement Manager to drive growth in the Cardio-renal-metabolic portfolio, engaging GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders through an account-based approach and multi-channel interactions.

You will own the GP engagement strategy at the practice level, build relationships, and collaborate with Medical, Health Systems Contracting, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of primary care pharmaceutical sales experience.
• CRM experience and a strong first-line setting network.
• Strong selling skills: needs exploration, objections, closing.

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance, prescription growth, and market share through effective customer engagement.
• Own and execute an account-based engagement strategy at GP practice level.
• Build relationships with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical, Health Systems Contracting, and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver omnichannel engagement via face-to-face, digital, and peer-to-peer interactions.
• Execute with pre-call planning, high-quality interactions, and accurate data maintenance.
