BVLGARI is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for its Amsterdam boutique. You will support the Store Manager in shaping business strategy, lead the team on the sales floor, and maintain brand standards.

You will drive client engagement, manage operations, and enhance store profitability while upholding BVLGARI’s luxury client experience. You will engage in coaching, performance management, and implement action plans to boost sales and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a sales role with team management.
• Managerial and coaching experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• CRM techniques and tools knowledge (Beanstore, SAP).

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the sales team on floor to drive client centricity and sales performance.
• Manage operations, store rotations, and inventory to maintain brand standards.
• Develop client relationships and elevate client portfolio via CRM and clienteling.
• Contribute to reporting on store performance and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company norms and procedures, including safety.
