BVLGARI in Amsterdam is seeking a Deputy Store Manager (f/m/d) to support the Store Manager in shaping business strategy and driving sales. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure client-centric service while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a sales role involving team management and coordination.
• Managerial and coaching experience.
• Selling skills and store procedures knowledge.
• Very strong commercial background and focus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• CRM techniques and tools (Beanstore, SAP, etc.) combined with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in operations and client interactions.
• Stay active on the sales floor, coaching and giving feedback to improve the client experience.
• Act as people manager; conduct one-to-one meetings and develop action plans.
• Overcome team objections and requests in a confident, positive way.
• Establish and develop relationships with existing clients and engage new customers.
• Drive CRM and clienteling KPIs and promote clienteling initiatives.
• Monitor dashboards; follow-up on sales and KPIs at store and individual levels.
• Prepare reports on store performance and insights.
• Drive personal sales targets and engage in proactive sales activities.
• Acquire and maintain market and competitive knowledge.
• Ensure proper application of company norms and safety procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day store processes and maintain high standards.
• Organize store rotations, shifts and holidays; lead inventories.
