You will foster a client-centric culture, monitor performance, and collaborate with Merchandising and Store Management to optimize product presentation and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong Dutch & English language Skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading teams of 5–10 people.
• Solid product knowledge in Fashion & Leather Goods retail.
• Excellent priority and time management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire and empower your team to achieve excellence in performance and client experience.
• Identify and nurture development needs, ensuring ongoing training and growth.
• Deliver regular performance evaluations to support long-term success.
• Act as an ambassador fostering a positive environment aligned with Louis Vuitton values.
• Oversee daily store operations in partnership with the Operations Manager (inventory, shipping, product flow).
• Maintain pristine, organized store environment reflecting the Louis Vuitton spirit.
