• Take in charge items to repair brought back by customers and fill in the proper repair slip performing a brief interview on the item damage.

Responsibilities

• Manage autonomously sales related to all categories of products sold in the store.
• Manage the relation with the customer during the whole process from customer welcome at store to payment.
• Input customer and sales data into the proper software system.
• Perform packaging on request for items sold.
• Create, develop and manage a solid network of high level and loyal clientele.
