BVLGARI in Amsterdam is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager in shaping strategy, leading the team on the sales floor, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a luxury setting.

You will drive sales, manage operations, oversee inventories, and develop the team through coaching and one-to-one meetings, while maintaining brand standards and CRM-driven clienteling.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a sales role with team management.
• Managerial and coaching experience.
• Strong selling skills and knowledge of store procedures.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in CRM techniques such as Beanstore and SAP.
• Analytical skills.
• Negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in operations and client interactions.
• Stay active on the sales floor, coaching and providing feedback to improve the selling experience.
• Act as people manager with one-to-one meetings, development plans, and targets.
• Overcome team objections and requests confidently.
