Hyatt Regency Amsterdam's MAMA MAKAN restaurant is seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to contribute to its Indonesian all-day-dining concept. You will work with a dedicated team, delivering flavorful dishes and maintaining kitchen standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Commis or Demi Chef de Partie, ideally in a hotel.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts / Food Production or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Good language and communication skills in English; Dutch preferred.
• Creativity and a hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• International mindset.
• Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands (EU/EEA passport or valid work permit).
