Job summary

Hotelprofessionals - Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead and support the Indonesian kitchen team in an all-day dining setting. You will prepare traditional dishes with Mama’s twist, ensuring quality and consistency for guests in a dynamic hotel restaurant.

The role requires at least 2 years in an Indonesian kitchen, English proficiency, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. This fulltime position is based at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam in Amsterdam East.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Indonesian kitchen as a Demi or Chef de Partie.
• Degree in Culinary Arts / Food Production or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Good language and communication skills in English, preferably Bahasa as well.
• Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands with an EU/EEA passport or valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a kitchen team while preparing Indonesian dishes with Mama’s twist.
• Cook with love and ensure consistent quality for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and HACCP standards in daily operations.
