Job summary

NewBees INC. invites applications for an Operations and Project Management Intern to help design programs, conduct D&I research, and support events and workshops from our Amsterdam head office.

You will collaborate with a diverse team to gain hands-on experience in DEI strategy and project management. The role requires passion for DEI, strong Dutch communication skills, and a commitment of 24–40 hours per week for roughly six months.

Qualifications

• Passion for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
• Excellent Dutch written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in approaching new customers and designing programs.
• Creative thinking about development of activities and programs.
• Conduct research into the extent to which D&I is embedded at clients and partners.
• Writing advice for projects and partners.
• Writing reports.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of events, workshops and activities.
