Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Utrecht is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship starting September 2026. You will manage internship recruitment and selection for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht, and support the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, employer branding and talent management activities.

The role combines office-based collaboration with remote work, four days on-site and one day remote, giving hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment,

Qualifications

• You are enrolled in a higher professional education, BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
• You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
• You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently
• You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week and you are available for at least 5 months

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships
• Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
• Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
• Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding Supporting IHQ training and communication
• Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects
• Organising activities for your fellow interns
