Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Day/Night Receptionist for the NH Den Haag front office. The role involves welcoming international guests from check-in to check-out, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Qualifications

• You are a ‘Natural Host’; experience and a relevant education are useful, but not essential.
• You like variety in your work and working hours due to alternating shifts (morning, evening, and night).
• You are interested in computers and enjoy learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our international guests from check-in to check-out.
• Provide front desk service and manage guest inquiries during shifts.
• Communicate arrivals and special details to the Desk Manager and other departments.
• Count cash at end of shift and prepare handover for the next shift.
