You will work alternating shifts, greet guests, manage inquiries, and liaise with the Desk Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to a fast-paced reception environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in and check-out with a courteous, efficient approach.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests across departments and channels.
• Communicate daily handover details to the Desk Manager and team.
