Job summary

Leaseweb seeks a Team Manager Datacenter Operations to lead the Datacenter Operations Team, owning performance, development, day-to-day operations, and process documentation while coordinating with other teams and handling escalations as needed.

The Remote Hands team operates in rotating shifts, handling incidents and service requests within the data center to meet service levels and ensure reliable, customer-focused support 24/7.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar role (datacenter operations or technical operations management) with a focus on team leadership.
• Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, with a strong focus on employee development.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and delegate effectively.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all daily technical operations within the team, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of Datacenter processes.
• Develop, coach and mentor team members, own performance reviews and training initiatives.
• Plan and monitor resources to meet operational standards, SLAs and KPIs.
• Report on targets and KPIs, and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Cooperate with other teams to improve training, processes and daily operations.
• Participate in customer escalations and contribute to incident reports / root cause analyses.
• Continuously raise the bar to keep standards moving upward and deliver best-in-class services.
• Deliver time-efficient, high-quality services that are always reliable and customer-focused.
