Job summary

Leaseweb is seeking a systems administrator to provide internal support for employees and contractors. You will handle first-level IT issues, guide colleagues through tasks, and document solutions for future reference.

The role requires a mix of technical and customer service skills, familiarity with Macs and PCs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Dutch language is a plus and remote-work options exist within policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a help desk or internal IT support role.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Experience with Macs and PCs, and remote control tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers via phone or email.
• Troubleshoot remotely and guide users through solutions.
• Document issues and resolutions in logs for future reference.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels as needed.
• Assist with onboarding hardware setup and asset management.
• Support conference room audio/video equipment and office technology.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of internal assets.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
