Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Data Center Implementation Manager to lead enterprise, hyperscale, and colocation infrastructure projects. You will oversee planning, execution, and handover of critical deployments, coordinating engineering, operations, logistics, facilities, and external partners to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of data center environments, and a track record of improving implementation processes in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data center, infrastructure, or technical implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, rack integration, structured cabling, network infrastructure, servers, power and cooling.
• Proven experience delivering complex deployments in enterprise, colocation, cloud, or hyperscale data centers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating external vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Develop and manage the daily execution plan for the on-site team with safety and clear communication.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tasks, work orders, and issues.
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical direction and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues or implement workarounds.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure vendors follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Communication: Liaise among site leads, technicians, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for transparent reporting.
• Access and LDAP Management: Manage site access and LDAP activations.
