Qualifications

• 5+ years at Senior Engineer level with 1–2+ years of technical leadership or people management.
• Hands-on data centre and network infrastructure experience.
• Experience with DCI/DWDM, electrical power infrastructure and critical data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of physical network infrastructure supporting large-scale production networks.
• Experience leading engineers and serving as a technical escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team, managing performance and workload
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure upgrades, installations and complex engineering issues
• Oversee data centre infrastructure, network equipment, cabling, fibre, power and DCI/DWDM environments
• Ensure engineering work meets quality, availability and performance standards
• Manage suppliers, budgets, assets and inventory while remaining hands‑on
