DACH Solutions Engineer — End-to-End PoCs (German, Remote)

Job summary

Meritt is looking for a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with clients across DACH. This role requires native-level German and 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

Key responsibilities include running end-to-end Proof of Concepts and enabling the partner ecosystem. The position offers a €120,000 base salary with variable compensation and remote work options across Europe with regular DACH travel.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging developers and C-suite in multi-stakeholder deals.
• Must be based in Europe, ideally in Spain or the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Owning the full technical relationship across enterprise deals from discovery to PoC and adoption.
• Running end-to-end Proof of Concepts with success criteria and driving sign-off.
• Enabling the DACH partner ecosystem and supporting partner-led deals.

Skills

Hands-on experience with modern front-end stacks (React, Angular, Node)

2+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer

Exposure to test automation frameworks like Cypress, WebDriverIO or Puppeteer

Comfortable running multi-stakeholder enterprise deals

Native-level German

Strong professional English
