Job summary

Horizon3 is hiring a second Commercial Account Executive to accelerate growth in the DACH region. The role focuses on building strong customer and partner relationships, creating new logo momentum, and expanding Horizon3’s footprint across markets.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales, native German, and strong English. You will collaborate with the broader team and partners to execute market plans and drive commercial success in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Native-level fluency in German and strong English required.
More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
Experience in Commercial or mid-market sales in multiple markets or regionally complex environments.

Responsibilities

Grow the Commercial business in the DACH region by building relationships with customers and partners.
Create new logo momentum and build pipeline in line with local market needs.
Build and manage opportunities with clear ownership, good judgement, and follow-through.
Collaborate with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams to move business forward.
Represent Horizon3 to customers and partners and contribute to territory plans.
