You will translate market needs into growth by managing the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, while collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams.

The role emphasizes a native German skillset, strong English, and a track record in tech-enabled sales within live events.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level German and professional English proficiency.
• Proven sales or business development track record in event tech, ticketing, or cashless payments.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and approach potential clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Build relationships and guide prospects through the full sales journey from demo to onboarding (and on-site support when needed).
• Negotiate and close deals with event organisers and venue operators.
• Document client needs in CRM (Teamleader) for smooth handovers to Operations.
• Maintain relationships and support contract renewals with existing clients.
