Job summary

elockers is expanding its presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will drive full sales cycles from first contact to closing, build strong client relationships, and work closely with marketing, operations and product teams to shape growth in the DACH region.

As a Sales Manager, you will identify new opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and support with CRM documentation. This is a remote-first role with frequent industry events and occasional Amsterdam meetups.

Qualifications

• German native and strong English proficiency.
• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with remote-first mindset.
• Affinity with tech-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with nightlife, festival, venue, or event industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
• Build relationships and guide prospects through full sales journey from first demo to onboarding and on-site support.
• Negotiate and close deals with event organizers and venue operators.
• Document client needs in our CRM system (Teamleader) for smooth handover to Operations.
• Maintain relationships and support contract renewals.
• Represent elockers at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Share market insights and client feedback with internal teams.
• Support Operations with office-based and on-site assistance when needed.
