Job summary

Phished BV is transforming cybersecurity awareness with its automated training platform. We are seeking a motivated expert to help expand our EMEA footprint, focusing on closing new German accounts and ensuring smooth product onboarding for customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead to renewal, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting in a fast-growing tech scale-up with generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mindset focused on the customer and a can-do, plan-to-close attitude.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Find and close new accounts in Germany.
• Coordinate product setup with new and existing customers.
• Prepare and follow up on offers and contracts with internal teams and customers.
• Manage customer journey from lead to renewal.
• Ensure timely forecast and reporting of pipeline.
• Support in building strong, lasting customer relationships.
