Job summary

Sendcloud is seeking an Account Executive to own the full commercial cycle for the DACH region from prospecting to close. You will build and manage a mixed pipeline of ecommerce retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies, and activate local partnerships to extend Sendcloud’s reach.

You’ll run product demos tailored to shipping needs, handle objections, and collaborate with marketing, product, and international sales teams to sharpen your market approach.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years SaaS sales experience with quota attainment.
• Proven outbound sales experience in B2B, including cold calling and prospecting.

• Own the full commercial cycle for the DACH market from prospecting to close.
• Build and manage a mixed pipeline of ecommerce retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment partners.
• Develop and activate local partnerships to drive referral volume and growth.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and product-demo skills to tailor to shipping needs.
