Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a seasoned regional leader to build and grow the Commercial business across the DACH and Eastern European region. The role focuses on leading the segment in-region, crafting market strategies, and scaling through partners, while collaborating with Enterprise sellers and Partner Managers.

You will own the Commercial region, drive market development, and ensure alignment across partners, distributors, and MSSPs. Extensive travel and market presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience building a regional market in a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to lead across markets with varying maturity levels.
• Experience working with partners, distributors, MSSPs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Commercial sellers across multiple countries.
• Own the full Commercial motion in your region across partners, distributors, enablement, deal strategy, and market execution.
• Shape regional strategy and turn it into clear market plans, investment choices, and growth actions.
• Drive growth across priority markets by aligning partner activity, local market plans, and cross-functional execution.
• Travel extensively across the region to build presence in the markets, strengthen local relationships, and support execution where it matters most.
