Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks an Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle for Swiss companies expanding internationally. You will prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and onboard, engaging senior decision-makers and leveraging MEDDICC in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will engage founders and HR leaders, manage quotas, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant workforce solutions across borders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven quota track record.
• Native Swiss German or fluent German and French for DACH profiles.
• Strong discovery, qualification and consultative selling skills (MEDDICC).

Responsibilities

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Build and manage relationships with Swiss companies expanding internationally.
• Lead outbound activities including cold calling and targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with BDRs to pursue high-value opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and accurate sales forecasts.
