Job summary

Orbisk is seeking a high-impact Account Executive to own new business in the DACH region from Germany to Switzerland. You will build your own pipeline and drive deals across multi-site operators—from discovery, to pilots, to full rollout—while collaborating across chefs, F&B directors, sustainability teams and finance to prove payback and value.

You will travel across the region, manage complex cycles, and own the end-to-end process in a fast-growing climate-tech scale-up with global reach.

Qualifications

• German at native level and fluent English.
• 3+ years closing B2B new business.
• Proven track record: quotas, attainment, deal sizes and cycles.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles beyond one-call closes.
• Ability to build and own your pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Own new business across DACH and build your pipeline.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to pilot, negotiation and rollout.
• Engage chefs, directors, sustainability and procurement to build a compelling business case.
• Drive multi-site deals and expand through pilots to regional rollouts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast, travel across the region as needed.
