Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Junior Account Executive (German-speaking) based in the Netherlands to help German-speaking companies expand internationally by simplifying global hiring and workforce management.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing—working with decision-makers to demonstrate the value of international employment solutions and to build a strong pipeline with BDRs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a BDR/SDR or target-driven role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations to understand needs.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling.
• Results-oriented with motivation to meet targets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Coachable, able to implement feedback quickly.
• Native German and business-fluent English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Identify hiring plans, priorities, and compliance challenges via discovery questions.
• Explain value of international hiring solutions to HR and senior leaders.
• Build urgency, negotiate, and maintain deal momentum.
• Develop and manage your pipeline with BDRs.
• Find ways to reach hiring managers and engage high-potential prospects.
• Use AI tools to boost productivity while keeping CRM data up to date.
• Learn from feedback and improve sales performance.
