Job summary

Qooling is seeking an Account Executive DACH to sell the Qooling Platform to mid-market and enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will align organizational needs with platform capabilities to create win-win partnerships.

In this role you will build a robust pipeline, qualify opportunities, deliver compelling demonstrations, and close deals with multi-stakeholder teams. Expect a fast-paced environment with uncapped commissions and real impact.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Proven active listening skills.
• Experience with MEDDICC or SPIN qualification frameworks.
• Track record in value-based selling.
• Ability to manage multi-level sales cycles.
• 5+ years as an AE in B2B SaaS, Mid-Market in the DACH region.
